New and Used TVR Information:

TVR’s are in Blackpool, UK, and are crafted by hand. They keep production running at around 1,500 cars per year which makes them one of the largest wholly British manufacturers of motor vehicles remaining.

The following concept for TVR is a constant vision and has remained the same from 1958 to the current date:

The company aims to produce a lightweight car with plenty of power and torque, combined with a drive system and front engine to give maximum driver pleasure. The engine is set as far back as it can be in order to give the car a near 50/50 weight distribution. TVR’s current models are around the same weight as a small saloon but much more power than your average saloon.

TVR offer a choice of engines. Their most well-known is probably the highly development from the Buick/Oldsmobile V8 of 1961-1963, commonly known as the Rover V8, in production from 1968 to the current date.

TVR have many other powerful models and have used various breeds of engine. The vehicles are very popular and exclusive so if you would like to buy a new one you may have to be on a waiting list for a short time.
