Impeccably screwed together, with a range of punchy engines and offering superb value for money, the Leon appears to have all the bases covered. There are certainly no drawbacks concerning styling, cost of ownership or safety. Perhaps, as much as anything, the Leon has suffered as a result of SEAT’s residual image as the VW Group’s bargain basement.
